I have spent the last seven years helping HR consultants, fractional CHROs, recruiters, coaches, and benefits specialists do the same. The Business Club is the affordable monthly home for that work. Three coaching calls a week, a faculty that replies, a working library, and a room of operators in your corner between sessions.
My job is to make sure that once you have left corporate, you never have to go back.
Sam also runs MindAbility Mastermind, a small-group programme for HR founders building past seven figures.
